This is my Training log that i use on my way to the international arena...

I am a 17 years old turning 18 this July,Right Handed aggressive Batsmen who bats at number 4 or 5 and Right arm Fast bowler...
I can do part time Wicketkeeping..
I usually field on Mid-on,Short leg and long on but these are my usual positions but i can field any position..

My dream is to wear the Tri-Coloured Uniform..

I can bowl Fast,medium pace,offspin,legspin and parttime left arm spin,i have batted in various batting slots also,from opening the batting to the last man...

I go to the gym on a regular basis but since i got a wrist injury discontinued it 2 weeks back..
i played cricket with my mates,but i will be joining a cricket club after my college starts on 13 july so that i can adjust my college timings with the club timings..

By the way i live in Mysore,Karnataka,India

In the gym as i am just 17 years i want to gain more height and my doc told not to do body building as it widens you rather than lengthening you..
So i used to divide my days as:-

Monday & Thursday - Heavy Cardio
Cycling
Treadmill

Tuesday & Friday - Arms
The Variety of Weights exercise like bicep curl,preacher curl,etc.
Arms include biceps,triceps and forearms

Wednesday - Abs
Core related exercises,like situps,crunches etc.

Saturday - Mixed Workout
Week 1 of the month - Chest
Week 2 of the month - Shoulders
Week 3 of the month - Legs
Week 4 of the month - Back

Sunday Holiday

As i discovered Pitchvision's micoach recently,i will be taking tips from the site as well From the time i get fit..

Great news, I'm glad to see you in the gym although that workout plan looks a lot like a bodybuilding workout to me!

Yeah its more sort of bodybuilding plan than cricket training..But it does help to have a good body on the field as well as you will be fit and have more power too...

I played a match with a few guys whom i didnt know on 22/07/09,later on we became friends..i was out of form and negatively minded before playing with them,i dont know why i am inconsistent in form,though i am a match winner..i went opening in the first two games,a position i hate to find myself in,as i like to come in 2 down or at no.5..
The second match that i went in i went with the goal of staying in the crease till the end,i missed a few balls initially,but later on went on to make 22..It was a 6 overs a side match except the last one which was a 2 over a side match due to bad light..i dont know the reason i missed the balls initially though i trashed the bowling later on..The bowling was throw bowling not the regular bowling..The pitch was 13 to 15 yeards..

6 overs match except the last one which was 2 overs a side – 22/07/09

Match 1-
My Batting-2 of 4 balls
My Bowling- 1-0-1-1

Match 2 –
Team total-34
My Batting-22 of (15 to 22) balls
My Bowling-1-0-5-0

Match 3_(I played as Batsman batting both sides)
The match was reduced 2 overs a side due to bad light

My Batting- 4 of (4 to 6) balls

Well its a "NATURAL" surface,i played the game with my new found pals at a ground near my house called Balbhavan..Its sandy and has small stones on the ground with no grass at dry weather..

But well Mr.admin are you and David the same persons??

Hiiiii..m back after a really looong time..but wow,so many thigns hav changed..my team after winning the chamundi zone cup,had gone on the win the inter-zonal championship which is the biggest league in here....
