Cornwall Cricket Club Premier Reserve Coach

We are seeking a coach for our Premier Reserve Grade team for 2014.15.

Cornwall Cricket Club is steeped in tradition and has produced world class cricketers such as Martin Crowe, Mark Greatbatch, and Adam Parore whilst having major success within Auckland Club Cricket.

We are currently reviewing the structure of the senior club and we see the addition of a Premier Reserve coach as essential.

We seek a coach to continue on the fine tradition of success by coaching our Premier Reserve Grade team and assisting with the development of current and potential Premier Cricketers across the senior club.

It is expected there will be succession to the role of the Premier Coach providing the KPI’s are met as the Premier Reserve Coach. We would like you to become heavily involved in the structure this season to ensure the succession of the Cornwall culture and traditions.

The expectations of the role will be:

• Involvement in Premier and Premier Reserve pre-season training (Schedule TBC)
• Team trainings – Tuesday and Thursday, 5.30-8pm at Cornwall Park
• Team selections
• All Game Days – 9.30am-7pm

This role can be combined with the Junior Development Manager role currently being advertised.
