CRICKET JOBS: Junior Development Manager - Cornwall CC (NZ)

Cornwall Cricket Club is seeking to fill the position of Junior Development Manager. 

Cornwall Cricket Club is steeped in tradition and boasts the largest Junior Cricket membership in Australasia.
 
Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will be working primarily in the junior and youth section in what is essentially an administrative role with the potential for coaching opportunities dependant on the candidate.
 
We expect the role to be roughly 20 hours per week. The role will start upon confirmation of the candidate and will end in late March.
 
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
1. Establishing and Managing Talent ID Network across Junior and Youth section 
2. Player Development and Retention 
3. Coach Development and Retention (Volunteer and Paid) 
4. Administering junior holiday programs and One on One program 
5. Central District Administration 
 
The applicant will be a competent administrator with effective computer skills.
 
If you possess administrative skills and are an appropriately qualified coach there will be the opportunity to work extra hours through private coaching. 
 
This role can be combined with the Premier Reserve Coaches role currently being advertised.
 
This unique opportunity is perfect for a person with a passion for cricket who would like to be involved New Zealand’s largest Cricket Club.
