In this newly created role of Integrity Officer, you will work in an exciting, issues-rich environment as an important member of CA’s recently established Integrity Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Integrity, your key responsibilities will include a range of projects across each of the functional areas of the CA Integrity Unit, including CA’s anti-doping and anti-corruption programs and the establishment and management of systems and processes that will help deliver the operational plan of the Unit. You will also be responsible for the gathering and analysis of relevant data and manage CA’s relationships with betting operators. Your efforts will contribute to a greater accountability culture and an adherence to strong governance and risk management principles within Australian cricket.
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an individual having excellent analytical and organisational skills, preferably with proven systems/database management skills. You will have experience in managing compliance regimes and governance controls and a strong understanding of sports integrity, risk management and governance principles. Previous exposure to the sports integrity landscape would be highly valued. Strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skills are a must due to the diverse range of stakeholders with whom you will be dealing. Critically, you will bring a high attention to detail and be a motivated self-starter able to autonomously deliver project results while working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
