Winchmore Hill Sports Club is situated in North London. Established in 1880, the club was a founder of the Middlesex County Cricket League and as recently as 2012, won the Premier League. The club runs five Saturday sides and uniquely boasts three pitches on its own site.

The role requires the successful candidate to run the playing side of the cricket section. They will be required to set a framework for both the junior and senior teams to be successful in the short term and long term. This will mean directly delivering coaching, but also the development of other volunteers who help run the cricket section.
