"​When asked how he would like to build a batting programme for the off season, a 16 year old said 'I would like to work on batting more aggressively and taking on the bowler. I would like to be more assertive in my batting style' Technically, he has worked hard and is compact. Not a natural athlete and a little flat footed. The fact that he appreciates the need to change his mentality when bating is a good thing and i would ask for your help with regards how best to progress him?"
