"I'm 17 years old, I recently debuted for the Kenyan team and even though we didn't do well I was the highest run getter in that series. Personally i feel that my cricket is not developing to where I'd like it to be mainly due to the fact that we do not have very good facilities nor do we have a good training regime. What do you suggest for a player in my position?"
