The Cricket Asylum is recruiting a qualified cricket coach/project manager to join their full time team. This dual role will be split between cricket coaching and managing the charitable arm of the Cricket Asylum organisation. The successful candidate will be an experienced cricket coach able to deliver high level coaching in a range of environments, including one on one coaching with elite players, group coaching and primary schools. The management of the charitable arm will include securing funding through grants and sponsorships, thus enabling coaching to be delivered to people from diverse and under privileged backgrounds.

Then the team look at questions around batting like AB de Villiers when your coach want's you to do something else and should a bowler change his action? There's plenty of pzazz!

Kate Warne-Holland - Millfield's fantastic Director of Tennis - recently ran a drill that inspired me to adapt it for cricket.
