"My name is Pallav and i play for Assam in the Indian First Class Circuit.I believe you and your website have helped me get to where i m today and i am very much thankful to you for that. Over the past year, I have got lots of 20's and 30's and have not converted them to the kind of scores i would like. Initially,i thought these are just numbers and if i keep my process right, the big scores will come but since they have become the norm for me now, I am a bit clueless to be honest."

Playing cricket is a show.
Even when India are playing meaningless warm up matches before the World T20, millions are gripped to the outcome. The fans don't want to see a workmanlike, efficient performance either.
We want drama and showmanship.
We want players who can do things about which we only dream.
And it's exactly the same at your level; you have to put on a show. It's the only way to raise the roof.

Asking how long the run up should be is a common question.
And as always, no definitive answer.
Primarily, rhythm is everything: from dancing to delivering the perfect off-break.
It all involves going through the mechanics, feeling comfortable and knowing what the next move should be: a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement.
Cricket Show 178: Competition Winner
This week’s winner of the Cricket Show podcast question competition is Tom. He wins a free coaching course from PitchVision Academy.
"Hi guys! Thankyou for answering my question. I have concentrated very hard on seam position and the balls lands on the seam facing first slip, do you think that's a good angle? I'm only 14 so I'm not bowling at a orthodox pace most spinners have: I bowl at around 37 mph. What do you think of the pace I bowl? I beat the bat quite a bit, not many edges behind though. I've taken 51 wickets this year, top of the whole club. The season is going really well."

What Tendulkar's Reaction to Getting Out Teaches You About Batting
When Sachin Tendulkar was bowled for 17 in the 2nd Test against New Zealand he did something unusual.
Normally the Little Master walks off quietly, thoughtfully and focused.
This time he swung his bat in frustration.
Sounds like a tiny change?
Yes, but it shows something from which we can all learn as batters.
Only he can know what made the difference, but it showed a crack in the temperament of one of the greatest batsmen of all time.
